Final Speaker Lineup for AMB’s Annual leadership Dinner Conference Includes Leading Experts in Advising Growth Strategies for Mutual Banks.


At the AMB’s Annual Leadership Dinner Conference on  Monday evening April 23rd  Jared Sawyer, Deputy Assistant Treasury Secretary for Financial Institutions will address the audience on the Administration’s initiatives for regulatory relief.


A lineup of leading advisors to mutual banks will follow his address and present their ideas on growth strategies. Among them will be Mary Anne Callahan, Sandler ONeill, who will share her experience in advising a number of prominent mutual banks as to how to tap the capital markets using subordinated debt. Paul Simoff, ProBank Austin, will explore various growth strategies for mutual banks including organic and acquisition growth. Charles Frago, Wolf and Co will discuss the new tax law and how mutuals will benefit in supporting growth.
